Integrations

Two ways to connect WeHub to what you already run: a ready-made connector, or one URL of your own that returns whatever you want shown.

Ready-made connectors · CRM and sales

Import contacts, push a new lead, and render an integration card inside the conversation.

  • HubSpot
  • monday.com
  • Pipedrive
  • Custom CRM (self-built)

Ready-made connectors · Commerce

Match the customer by phone or email, and show their recent orders on the card.

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce

Works through outgoing webhooks and the API

These are not ready-made connectors: you wire them up yourself, through outgoing webhooks and the public API. That is how a new conversation, a low CSAT score or an SLA breach reaches the team channel.

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams

Build it yourself

Per-business keys, signed events and OpenAPI documentation.

  • Public API
  • Outgoing updates
  • Integration card

On the way

Not here yet, so not in the pricing.

  • Zoho CRM
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Contacts

The integration card

You configure one URL. WeHub sends it a signed POST carrying the contact identity, and expects JSON with sections, rows and actions. Whatever comes back is rendered on the contact card as-is, with no per-system code.

Developer documentation

The import centre

Upload, map columns with automatic detection, run a dry run that surfaces duplicates and errors, then run in the background with a downloadable error report. Works for contacts, for conversation history and for notes.

Start with a call, end with a live channel

After the intro call we open your account, and a short wizard connects the first channel and invites the team. It ends by having you message yourself and watch it land.
